You have 30 days from delivery to request a return and send your item back to our German depot. Items must be completely unused, free of wear, and securely packed in their original factory packaging with all accessories.
2. How to Request a Return
Contact our support team within 30 days via Email or our website form with your Order Number and photos verifying the item’s condition.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Due to specialized heavy-freight handling for e-motos, a 180 Euro return shipping fee is deducted from your refund for large freight items. Standard carrier rates apply for smaller accessories.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once inspected at our German warehouse, approved refunds are processed in 1 to 2 business days back to your original payment method.
5. Exchanges and Store Credit
You may request an exchange or store credit instead of a refund by specifying your preference during your initial request.
6. Damaged or Defective Shipments
Notify us immediately upon delivery with photos of any transit damage or factory defects for swift resolution at no extra cost.
